Items purchased are shipped from our location in Sydney, New South Wales. Our delivery partners are Aramex / Australia Post & Couriers Please, with TNT & Toll Priority coming on board soon you can be sure of receiving a prompt quality delivery service. If, for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped you will be notified promptly.

Order processing time is 1-3 business days. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days, from the time that payment has been received in full, and delivery time is estimated to be between 2-12 business days depending on your location. Due to current global events some items will need to be back ordered and are subject to manufacturers lead times.

If you are not available, when our delivery partner attempts a delivery, a card may be left advising you that your order will be available for you to collect from your local post office.
If no such arrangements can be made, we, or our delivery partner, will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
