LS2/3 (E38) GM PCM/ECU Shield – VZ - VF (E38 Equipped Models Only)
GMH had a habit of putting the OEM PCM/ECU in the engine bay, not only was it usually in a visually unpleasant positions (such as smack bang on the top of the strut tower in the VZ), But Being in the engine bay they were subjected to a lot of extremes (such as high heat). We aimed to try and not only address the cosmetics, but also provide an extra layer of protection. We did this with our Sinister Autoworx Shield for VZ-VF (E38 Equipped Models Only)
Made from 2mm 304 stainless steel, these shields are laser cut & folded for superior strength and durability.
These Shields are supplied raw but are still aesthetically pleasing. An ideal candidate for paint or powder coat, however being made of 304 stainless they can be left raw without any worries.
We have tried to make the brackets as compact as possible, whist still maintaining strength and making installation simple.
No hardware is included as everyone has different installation needs (i.e. bolt/screw length, style etc.)
ECU/PCM/VCM and hardware pictured are not included.
